- To unite and educate Philippine law enforcers of their democratic rights and economic welfare.
- To advance a scientifiic and mass-based orientation on law enforcement eduction.
- To encourage a pro-active and dynamic participation of enforces in values formation and Christian-driven way of life.
ACE Legislative Executive Agenda
- Creation of a National Fraternal Order of Law Enforcers that will serve as an avenue to ventilate issues and concerns among those who dedicate their lives in protecting and serving the communities.
- Legislate measures on the provision of legal and health assistance for law enforcement retirees, the sick and the Persons with Disabilities.
- Rationalization of minimum standards and policy regulations of the country's management of jails and penitentiaries.
- Establish and promulgate appropriate measures to protect communtiy-based emergency disasters and relief workers.
